 "Dual function Digital Hour Meter"
Kartech have released a dual-function digital hour meter which is a perfect low cost option for keeping track of the number of hours an engine has done.
It is important to 'life' your engines by actual hours of use. Measuring the number of race meetings is not accurate. One engine might have done just three race meetings, yet have clocked up many more hours (with practice etc) compared to another engine that has done five meetings. By measuring hours, you know exactly how much work the engine has done so you don't accidentally 'over-life' between rebuilds.
