INTERNET PRICING
BTK makes every effort to ensure all pricing listed is current. Some items including foreign exchange rate surcharges are beyond our control therefore all prices and surcharges are subject to change without prior notice

SHIPPING
We will ship your order to you via UPS ground, unless otherwise requested. We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Any overnite order must be received by 11:00 am CST. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the weight differences in the products we offer, your shipping charges will be added to your invoice. RETURNS
All returns must be authorized by calling BTK prior to returning. Some merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee based on the product and return date.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders must be prepaid with Money Order or Certified Funds prior to shipping.
